SPAIN?! What is it with men and their Spanish girls? But I'm sure I can't say anything that you hadn't already thought of, or that Dave and Misti didn't already hit you over the head with. So then I'll just wish you luck, love, happiness, and that everything works out for everyone.

very cool meeting up with old friends!
and if you found 'love' in Spain..well then, hats off to you my friend. your life is busy it seems so it's good that you don't have someone all up in your business all the time because it seems you may not have time for all that, but special moments set aside for each other? those are cherished moments.

good for you! (and her!)

I propose that there are only two elements: 1) To give completely; and 2) To receive wholly. All others are merely defenses. Affirmative or otherwise.

When did you write this? Were all the stanzas already previously written when you'd first posted the 5th one?

I love the optimistic tone, the imagery of fluid (and vaporous) perpetuality. Plus, you just might be right.

Question: Why is the word "crying" so oft occurring? Are you thinking of the cry of birds, the cry of women, the cry of the pained, or maybe the cry of a battle cat similar to that projected by my Dodo when mosquito-hunting?
